Violin Instructor

Rodolfo Mendoza is an instructor with a passion for teaching the fundamentals of music. Mr. Mendoza’s lessons are carefully constructed for each and every student. No student is the same, thus no teaching regiment should be presented in the same way! At the core of his violin instruction you will find Suzuki repertoire, as this is the most mainstream pedagogical method available today. Rod’s musical interests include Bluegrass, and all Classical music with an emphasis on Baroque period music. Prior to Covid, Mr. Mendoza routinely rehearsed in the violin sections of Stanislaus State University at Turlock, Modesto’s Community Orchestra, and the Mariposa Symphony Orchestra.

Mr. Mendoza has an ongoing education at Stanislaus State University where he majors in Business Administration and is on track to receive a minor in music.

I have been an instructor to the youth of Stanislaus County for 4 years. If you have an upcoming seating audition and want to outperform your peers I can be of assistance! If you wish to play a “pop” style piece for your folks on the holidays, I can do this too!

I’m looking for some instruction on the violin. I’m an old fart at 65 and think it’s time to learn the violin, maybe some X-mas tunes.
